By using the Shinerz platform or renting a vehicle from Shinerz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Vehicle Rental

• Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle.
• Vehicle Condition: You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
• Damages and Accidents: You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by you or any authorized driver.
• Insurance: Shinerz offers various insurance options to protect you and the vehicle. Please review these options carefully and select the appropriate coverage.

3. Payment and Fees

• Payment: Payment for the rental is due in full at the time of booking.
• Fees: Additional fees may apply, such as cleaning fees, late fees, and fuel charges.

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Safe Driving: You agree to drive the vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Traffic Laws: You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
• Authorized Drivers: Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Use

• Permitted Use: The vehicle may only be used for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
• Geographic Restrictions: The vehicle may not be taken outside of the specified geographic area.
